Prices are in US dollars and credit is prepaid: you add a whole dollar amount and it becomes balance at par. Cards issued outside Korea are charged in US dollars. Korean-issued cards are charged in won, VAT included, at a fixed rate per dollar. Credit does not expire and is drawn down per second of audio processed. Unspent credit is refundable; see the refund policy.

1. Free credit on signup
Every account starts with $20 of credit, no card required. That is 40 minutes of audio.
2. One charge per job
A job is billed once, at $0.50 per minute of the recording you upload, prorated by the second. The whole pipeline runs inside that single charge. Credit is held while a job runs and released if it fails or is canceled, so a job that does not finish is never charged.
3. Top up any amount from $5 to $500
When the balance runs low, add any whole dollar amount in that range from the console. Credit is prepaid, drawn down job by job, and never expires. Unspent credit is refundable under the refund policy.
