Refund policy

How refunds work
Refunds are handled by our team rather than automatically. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
Credit bought from MindLogic is prepaid and consumable: it is spent per second of audio you process, at the rate shown on the pricing page. What can be refunded therefore depends on how much of it you have used.
What is refundable
Unspent credit is refundable. If you bought credit and have not run jobs against it, ask us and we will return the amount you paid to the card or account it came from.
A charge you did not authorize, a duplicate purchase, and credit that was never delivered after a successful payment are refunded in full regardless of usage. Tell us and we will look at the payment record.
Partly spent credit
Where some of the balance has been used, the unspent remainder is refundable and the credit already consumed by completed jobs is not — you have received the service it paid for. We refund the remainder rather than the whole purchase.
Jobs that failed on our side are not charged for, and any credit they took is returned to your balance automatically. If a failed job was billed anyway, that is a fault and we refund it.
How to ask for one
Write to us through the contact form from the email address on the account, and say which purchase you mean. The order reference is on the receipt and in the purchase history on your billing page. There is no self-serve refund button — a person reads every request.
How long it takes
We answer refund requests within a few business days. Once a refund is approved, we process it within up to 7 business days; how long it then takes to appear depends on your card issuer or bank, which we do not control.
Refunds are returned by the same method the payment was made with. Where that is not possible, we will agree another route with you before sending anything.
